?? What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in bringing our products to life. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability our customers expect.

Follow all safety procedures and use required equipment to keep yourself and your team protected

Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and product specifications

Assemble parts in the correct sequence using tools like drills, rivet guns, screws, and more

Install components such as wiring harnesses, sensors, and sub-assemblies

Inspect parts and finished units to ensure they meet strict quality standards

Operate a variety of tools including hand tools, saws, drill presses, and testing equipment

Perform cabinet foaming and complete builds according to engineering specs

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with your team to keep production flowing smoothly

High school diploma or GED

1-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred but not required)

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions

Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Comfortable with standing, bending, and working with tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marietta, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
