As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Mooresville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key operational areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and support orderly site operations.

Complete routine reports, logs, and shift activity records, noting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or security-related incidents observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
