Description

We are seeking a tactical and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained, vendor services are effectively managed, and administrative support staff are supervised. The ideal candidate will bring prior facilities management experience within a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable adapting to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment

Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility-related projects

Coordinate and monitor preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the facility

Supervise administrative staff, including temporary team members such as Arly

Address facility issues promptly and ensure timely resolution of operational concerns

Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and facility procedures

Partner with internal teams to support operational needs and adjust priorities as business demands change

Requirements

Previous facilities management experience required

Experience supporting a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred

Strong vendor management and maintenance oversight experience

Proven ability to supervise and support administrative staff

Tactical, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to day-to-day operations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
