Lead Line Cook$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

Lead and support the line production team while ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met

Prepare, season, finish, and plate menu items according to established recipes and specifications

Execute soups, sauces, entrées, sides, and specialty dishes with attention to detail and minimal waste

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitary kitchen in compliance with State Health Regulations

Collaborate with chefs, cooks, dishwashers, servers, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly

Assist with menu planning, prep coordination, and kitchen production as needed

Help train, coach, and motivate line cooks to maintain a positive and high-performing kitchen culture

Leadership Responsibilities

Supervise line cooks during scheduled shifts

Assign and direct daily kitchen tasks

Support training and development of culinary team members

Address operational challenges and help resolve team concerns professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of professional cooking experience

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety, and ingredient preparation

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment

ServSafe Certification preferred

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand and work in a busy kitchen environment for extended periods
