?? Construction Manager 5 - Microsoft Corporation | Tolleson, AZ (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Data Center Development team supporting cross-functional project and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities , and experience managing large-scale mission critical construction projects , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5

Location: Tolleson, AZ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $87.03 - $93.73 per hour

?? What's the Job?

Manage the delivery of lease data center construction projects from lease execution through Ready for Service (RFS)

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Security, EHS, and Site Selection teams

Ensure lease providers comply with contract requirements, project schedules, safety standards, and Microsoft best practices

Serve as the primary point of contact for project development, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Advocate for and maintain a safe construction worksite while driving schedule, quality, and cost objectives

? What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience

5+ years of experience managing Data Center or Mission Critical Facility construction projects

Ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements

Construction Health & Safety knowledge; OSHA 30 certification preferred

Strong ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams independently
