The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Data Center Power Distribution (DCPD) organization, with broad responsibility for end-to-end supply chain execution-including materials management, planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and logistics. This role partners closely with operations, network teams, and customers to ensure material availability, production readiness, and on-time delivery of mission-critical products, while driving scalable processes to support continued growth.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 - $165,000 a year.

What you'll do:
Own plant materials management, inventory control, and material flow to keep production running, applying lean material-flow principles.
Maintain inventory targets and accuracy, balancing service, cost, and working capital in line with Network plans.
Lead indirect and MRO purchasing to ensure materials and services are available on time and compliant with Eaton policies.
Identify and escalate material-supply risks to COE and Network teams to reduce production and customer impact.
Drive forecast attainment aligned to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and approved SIOP plan.
Build and manage short-term production schedules, confirming material readiness and tracking shop-floor execution.
Act as the site lead for SIOP execution escalations, owning materials constraints and recovery actions.
Execute shipment schedules to meet customer priority dates and support OTD and freight targets (including premium freight)
Own site supply chain data accuracy (e.g., routings, WMS transactions, inventory moves, MRO data, shipping/receiving, and production schedules).
Champion continuous improvement across materials, inventory, and procurement using Eaton tools (MMA, OPA, visual management, standard work, and value stream mapping).

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing organization
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a management of people function
You will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in supply chain management, engineering or business
Three (3)+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, demand planning or other related fields
Three (3)+ years of experience in managing teams or leading cross-functional project using SAP ECC
APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications
