Assembler/Warehouse

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler/Warehouse worker where you will play a crucial role in the production process. You will work on assembling electromechanical units, ensuring each component meets precise specifications.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Manufacturing to determine component parts and assembly sequences.

Make electrical connections on cords and wires according to specifications.

Modify parts using machine tools, power, and pneumatic hand tools.

Assemble, position, align, and fasten assemblies and subassemblies using hand and power tools.

Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

Attach labels and mark identifying information on parts.

Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.

Work Environment

Work in a clean environment at small assembly stations, 3-5 feet apart from other employees. Be adaptable to work in various departments, including a warehouse setting. The facility is large with over 200 employees.

Shifts:

1st - M-TH 6:00AM - 4:00PM

3rd - M-TH 7:30PM - 5:00AM

Weekend Day - F-SUN 6am - 6pm

Weekend Night - F-SUN 6pm - 6am

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CANONSBURG, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.44/hr.
