Description

Supports one or more mid to level managers. Works in a diverse and more complex environment and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects composing letters and reports preparing/editing presentations and recommending or making purchase decisions. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Duties may include more complex administrative activities: managing projects managing budget and payroll composing letters and reports developing newsletters preparing presentations recommending or making purchase decisions. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including: word processing spreadsheet and basic presentation or database applications and may train others.

Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development GED

How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 2 years

Specific Systems Knowledge Required: None

Certifications needed: None

Expected Shift: 8:30-1700

Interview Process: Panel interview with Clinical nurse and one clerk staff

Duration of assignment Option to extend or convert to FTE? 3 months: 3 months - not to convert to FTE.

Top Daily Responsibilities: Process referrals for home health agencies and book for start of care.

Top 3 Required Skills Candidate Should Have:

Ability to use networked computer email KP Intranet Internet. Must pass basic PC skills test.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Must pass software tests at the intermediate level.

Ability to work accurately with a high volume of work in a fast paced setting.

Demonstrate professional conduct to Include dealing courteously tactfully and patiently with members physicians coworkers and clients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
