Front Desk Coordinator Job Description

We're seeking a polished and organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage the reception area and ensure a seamless front office experience. This role serves as the face of the organization, providing exceptional service to guests and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations with a professional, customer-focused approach

Answer and route calls, emails, and inquiries promptly

Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office logistics

Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies

Provide administrative and operational support across teams

Requirements

Qualifications:

1-3 years of front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
