Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role drives enterprise-level media investment planning by solving complex resource allocation challenges across a diverse channel mix. By developing sophisticated scenario models and investment frameworks, the position ensures that marketing spend is continuously optimized for maximum profitability and business impact. The analyst bridges the gap between granular media performance and high-level financial objectives, providing the analytical clarity needed to scale Boost Mobile's presence effectively through data-driven rigor.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Achieve optimized enterprise media investment through the development and application of rigorous trade-off frameworks and profitability models
Deliver precise daily and quarterly pacing and forecasting that aligns marketing efforts with long-term financial goals and departmental OKRs
Synthesize complex datasets into executive-ready narratives that inform high-stakes budget reallocations and investment decisions
Integrate advanced measurement outputs from MMM and MTA into planning tools to increase the accuracy of performance projections
Utilize AI-driven analytical tools to automate data processing and enhance the speed of scenario modeling and variance analysis
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
Critical experience leading senior-level marketing analytics and investment planning within complex, high-growth technology or media organizations
Mastery of financial modeling and scenario analysis to navigate large, ambiguous datasets and drive strategic clarity
Professional expertise in translating technical measurement frameworks like MMM and MTA into actionable business strategies
Advanced AI literacy and the ability to apply generative or predictive AI tools to streamline analytical workflows and data interpretation
Strong collaborative leadership skills required to bridge priorities between Marketing, Finance, and Analytics stakeholders
Exceptional decision-making capabilities when working within evolving frameworks and high-pressure executive reporting environments
Additional Qualifications
Familiarity with evolving marketing measurement approaches and their strategic application in multi-channel environments
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, investment planning, or related roles
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling and scenario analysis
Financial forecasting and variance reporting within a marketing or media @context
Data interpretation involving MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) or MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) frameworks

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
