M&A IT Business Project Manager (Energy/Utilities Experience REQUIRED)

TEKsystems's customer's PMO supports enterprise-wide M&A integration initiatives following new acquisitions. The Project Manager will work closely with senior program leadership to manage pre-defined integration plans (scope, schedule, and milestones) and ensure successful execution of merger-related activities.

This role requires oversight of large-scale M&A projects, with responsibility for tracking integration progress, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Projects This PM Will Support

M&A Integration Projects (100%)

Oversee post-acquisition integration efforts for newly acquired entities

Update and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports

Track integration flows, milestones, risks, and dependencies

Drive high-level merger and integration activities across:

Finance

Information Technology (IT)

Data & Analytics

Infrastructure

End User Support

Other enterprise functions as required

Ensure execution of integration plans without hands-on technical delivery

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
