Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Set up CNC machines, including selecting and installing tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices, and performing changeovers as required.

Perform program edits at the machine using G and M codes to optimize machining operations and ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequences.

Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet tight tolerances of ±0.001 inch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
