Billing Analyst

*Great entry level accounting opportunity with a billion dollar organization in the STL area

*Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, economics- no experience

Description

Issue and distribute invoices

Process new contracts and sales

Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Address customer complaints and questions

Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions

Assist with customer account reconciliations

Prepare and present analytical reports

Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups

Resolve any issues or mistakes

Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance OR relevant work experience

3+ years of billing experience in a high volume setting

Excel proficiency including formulas

Experience Level

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
