We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for long-term opportunities with weekly pay, competitive wages ($14.12-$16.47/hr), performance incentives, and great benefits. Associates are eligible for benefits after 30 days, PTO, referral bonuses, and a $1/hour raise after one year.

Shifts and Pay:

Day: Mon-Thu, 6 am-4:30 pm ($14.12)

Weekend Day: Fri-Sun, 6 am-6:30 pm ($15.69)

Night A: Sun-Tue ($16.47)

Night B: Wed-Fri ($16.47)

Bonus: Bonus and incentives are per eligibility requirements .

Shifts: 1st Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekend Shifts.

Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $14.12 - $16.47 / hour

Duties:

Load and unload shipments.

Move, organize, sort, and scan products and orders.

Shrink wrap and palletize products in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

This is a physically demanding role that requires:

Lifting, carrying, and handling boxes up to 75 lbs

Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift

Being on your feet for 10-12 hours per shift

Reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting regularly

Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with others.

Position Requirements:

6+ months of recent warehouse experience

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs without assistance

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and safety procedures

Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moving equipment

Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and safety shoes

Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot or cold environments)

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

Work Location: Lowes - Adairsville, Adairsville, GA 30103.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $14.12 - $16.47 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
