Responsibilities for Account Manager include but are not limited to:

Develop a strong understanding of supported products, services, and the competitive landscape.

Conduct deep-dive analyses using internal and external data to generate interpretable insights.

Deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership to influence decisions and drive change.

Contribute to internal data analysis efforts, including pipeline management and account-specific performance metrics.

Execute sales strategies for assigned markets and customers in collaboration with internal partners such as Account Executives and Product Specialists.

Identify revenue and growth opportunities within customer portfolios and develop prioritized execution plans.

Review revenue performance and projections, contributing insights to forecasting and performance tracking.

Align customers to relevant KPIs and metrics, providing updates on opportunities and risks at both macro and micro levels.

Lead consultative customer conversations to understand business objectives and align solutions accordingly.

Craft and deliver tailored solutions that help customers achieve their business goals while driving revenue growth.

Strategically partner with customers to build, grow, and maintain long-term, high-impact relationships.

Support the management and expansion of customer portfolios with guidance from senior stakeholders.

Requirement

2+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media, or digital marketing.

2+ years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales or strategic account management at a B2B software company.

Industry knowledge and competitive analysis

Sales and partnership strategy

Customer discovery and consultative conversations

Operations and pipeline management

Customer and market research

Data-driven analysis, reporting, and storytelling

Digital advertising knowledge

Persuasion and Influence Skills

Sales tools and CRM proficiency

Pay: $ 73.03 - 88.20/hr.

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri

Hybrid (3 Days Onsite 2 Days Remote)

Pay Details: $73.03 to $88.20 per hour
