Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role performs a full range of warehouse shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and loading trucks, stocking and put-away, inventory tracking, and order picking. You will operate various @types of forklifts and material handling equipment, prepare pallets for shipment, and help maintain accurate inventory using warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
Perform shipping and receiving functions, including unloading and loading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
Break down pallets, sort and refilling packages and boxes, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
Wrap pallets and ensure they are properly secured and labeled before shipment.
Stock and put away materials in designated locations using established warehouse procedures.
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
Operate a cherry picker, working at heights of approximately 20-30 feet to pick and retrieve products.
Use RF scanners and related tools to pick orders accurately and maintain real-time inventory records.
Perform inventory tracking activities, including inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management tasks.
Utilize SAP as the warehouse management tool to transfer inventory between locations and navigate various system commands.
Assist with general material handling tasks, such as staging, organizing, and consolidating product as needed.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds repeatedly while following safe lifting practices.
Navigate computer systems to track inventory movements, update records, and verify order accuracy.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and open warehouse environment.
Essential Skills
At least 1+ year of forklift experience, including operating sit-down and stand-up lifts.
At least 1+ year of cherry picker experience, including working at heights of 20-30 feet.
At least 1+ year of order picking and warehouse experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to navigate computer systems to track inventory and update records.
Experience with inventory, receiving, and/or shipping operations.
Proficiency using SAP or similar warehouse management systems to transfer inventory between locations and navigate system commands.
Experience with RF scanners for picking and inventory tracking.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory control.
Commitment to following safety procedures when operating material handling equipment and performing warehouse tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of order picking and warehouse experience preferred.
1+ year of inventory tracking experience preferred.
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management processes.
Stocking and material handling in a warehouse environment.
Comfort working at elevated heights when operating a cherry picker.
Interest in obtaining heavy equipment certification through classroom-based training.
Ability to work effectively on a 2nd shift schedule and complete initial training on an earlier shift.

Work Environment
This position is on 2nd shift, with typical hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. New hires train on an earlier shift for approximately two weeks, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will regularly use forklifts, cherry pickers, RF scanners, and SAP-based warehouse management systems as part of your daily work. The dress code is casual, requiring a shirt, long pants, and closed-toe shoes to support safety and comfort in the warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
