Job Title: Construction General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction General Laborer to perform interior and exterior demolition, including the removal of drywall, flooring, framing, fixtures, and more. The role involves assisting with job site preparation and cleanup, debris removal, and material hauling. Additionally, you will support carpenters with tasks such as hanging and finishing drywall, basic framing and blocking, and measuring and cutting materials.
Responsibilities
Perform interior and exterior demolition, including drywall, flooring, framing, and fixture removal.
Assist with job site preparation and cleanup, including debris removal and hauling materials.
Support carpenters with tasks such as hanging and finishing drywall, basic framing and blocking, and measuring and cutting materials.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet project timelines.
Essential Skills
Construction experience
Carpentry skills

Proficiency with power tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, demolition, or labor preferred
Basic knowledge of carpentry or drywall work is a plus
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, climbing, standing for extended periods)
Reliable transportation to job sites

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
