Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders, handling materials, and operating powered industrial equipment across multiple departments. You will help ensure products move efficiently through inbound, outbound, packing, wiring, and custom assembly areas while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick products based on order tickets using RF scanners or pick lists.
Pack orders securely to ensure safe transport and delivery.
Verify order accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipment.
Prepare shipments by labeling, staging, and wrapping pallets as needed.
Operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Safely retrieve and store materials at heights of up to 40 feet.
Transport products throughout the warehouse while following safety and productivity guidelines.
Support inbound operations by receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming shipments.
Support outbound operations by staging and preparing orders for shipment and ensuring deadlines are met.
Work in packing modules to complete detailed order assembly and maintain high packaging accuracy.
Support the wiring department by performing more physically demanding tasks, including handling heavier materials and assisting with specialized product preparation.
Use hand tools and power tools as needed for material handling and product preparation.
Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing inventory, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting other warehouse functions.
Handle materials safely while working at heights and moving between different warehouse departments.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
Experience operating stand-up forklifts or order pickers is highly beneficial.
Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
Ability to use RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks.
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Experience with material handling, packing, and general warehouse labor.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools in a warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in inbound, outbound, packing modules, wiring, or similar warehouse departments.
Background in inventory handling and warehouse packing.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Attention to detail when assembling, packaging, and verifying orders.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.

Work Environment
This is a warehouse-based role that involves working with RF scanners, hand tools, power tools, and powered industrial equipment such as stand-up forklifts and order pickers. The work requires frequent movement throughout the facility, including working at heights up to 40 feet and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting and handling materials. Multiple shifts are available, including first shift for inbound operations (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), second shift for outbound operations (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), second shift for wire operations (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), and second shift for custom assembly (1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.). The environment is fast-paced and safety-focused, with collaboration across inbound, outbound, packing modules, wiring, and custom assembly areas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
