How you'll make an impact in this role

Clinical Operations: Direct workflows, resources, and the implementation of clinical programs for assigned long-term care units.

Compliance & Quality: Monitor quality indicators and managed admissions and transfers to ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations.

Personnel Management: Oversee hiring, orientation, and disciplinary actions while communicating policies and routines to clinical staff.

Administrative Oversight: Manage nursing budgets and facilitated continuing education initiatives to maintain care standards.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

BLS Provider preferred.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience required.

10 years of experience preferred.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
