Job Description
The Associate Manufacturing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in a controlled lab and warehouse environment by performing image reviews, operating robotic and other production equipment, loading and unloading machinery, and packaging products. This role follows established procedures, uses both manual and automated processes, and ensures products meet quality and documentation standards while contributing to a safe and efficient production workflow. Responsibilities
Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, and packaging using both manual and automated processes.
Operate robotic and other manufacturing equipment to support production activities.
Load and unload equipment and production lines safely and efficiently.
Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
Package products accurately and securely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Follow standard operating procedures and good documentation practices for all tasks performed.
Use basic math skills to complete production-related calculations and measurements as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure all assigned tasks are completed each day.
Read, understand, and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
Communicate status updates and any issues or delays to department leads and supervisors in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with workplace safety guidelines.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned to support manufacturing operations.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
At least 1 year of experience in packaging or machine operation.
Experience as a general production worker, including basic machine operation and packaging tasks.
Ability to perform visual inspection to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.
Ability to understand and follow instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form.
Basic math skills to support production activities.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand comfortably for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
College degree is a plus.
Experience with robotic or automated equipment operation is beneficial.
Experience in general production, packaging, or machine operation roles such as production worker, packaging operator, or packer.
Strong attention to detail when performing visual inspections and completing documentation.
Good communication skills to provide clear status updates to leads and supervisors.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing lab and warehouse environment where you will regularly stand and walk throughout your shift and use your hands to handle or feel objects, tools, and controls. You will frequently reach with your hands and arms and may need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform certain tasks. The role requires the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to support tasks such as visual inspection and equipment monitoring. You will work around production and robotic equipment under various warehouse temperatures while completing an 8-hour shift on your feet.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
