In this exciting role as a Manufacturing Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the production side of the Peripheral Vascular Health Operating Unit. You will gain experience with products across Medtronic's portfolio, supporting your development and growth. This role reports to the Manufacturing Director overseeing and directing the work of a team of Production Supervisors.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in productionarea(s)to meet production goals, quality, and costobjectives.
Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Plans andadministersprocedures and budgets.
Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
Develops schedules andmanpowerrequirements for assigned areas.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor'sdegreewith a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
OR anadvanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Medical Device Manufacturing experience within a cleanroom environment.?
DMAIC Lean / Six Sigma Certification.?
Demonstrated use of Lean Manufacturing principles to achieve results.?
Inclusive leader, who builds trust and demonstrates genuine care for people, respecting their unique differences.?
Ability to lead teams as well as be a team member, develop talent and hold people accountable to specific time bound objectives?
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?

Experience in a high volume high mix environment
SAP and MES systems
Can work closely with development partners to successfully launch new products
Versed in Quality Management Systems in a highly regulated industry?
Extrusion Manufacturing experience is a plus
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$108,800.00 - $163,200.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
