About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Assistant to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing tasks to optimize the General Manager's time.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

Manage and screen incoming communications, emails, and calls.

Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the Chief 's schedule.

Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings attended by the Chief.Take accurate meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.

Entrusted with sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally within luxury hospitality or similar fast-paced environments

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with senior leadership, corporate departments, and external partners

Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders

Professional communication skills, with the confidence to interact with government entities, clients, and high-profile partners

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of corporate operations and executive support
