Medical Receptionist 20 Weekly Pay

Core Responsibilities

Patient Services & Communication: Welcomes patients warmly, answers phone calls, addresses inquiries, and creates a calming environment to ease patient anxieties.

Appointment Scheduling: Manages the practice calendar by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments in person or over the phone.

Check-In & Check-Out: Processes arriving patients, updates demographics, prepares necessary charts for the day, and schedules follow-up appointments.

Billing & Insurance: Verifies patient insurance eligibility prior to their visit and collects co-payments, deductibles, or outstanding balances.

Records Management: Updates and maintains Electronic Health Records (EHR) while strictly adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
