Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join a short-term, two-week project where you will help clean out a warehouse and unpack boxes in a busy industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants the possibility to grow into a larger, long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
Clean out warehouse areas by organizing, consolidating, and removing materials as directed.
Unpack boxes and sort items accurately according to warehouse procedures.
Perform picking and packing tasks to support warehouse operations.
Operate warehouse equipment such as clamp trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and motorized pallet jacks if qualified and assigned.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications to track and manage inventory and orders.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., remaining open to overtime as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete project goals within the two-week timeframe.
Essential Skills
Previous experience as a picker, packer, laborer, or in an industrial warehouse environment.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and unpacking boxes throughout the shift.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as clamp trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and motorized pallet jacks.
Basic computer skills to navigate systems and complete simple data entry tasks.
Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and remain open to overtime.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, industrial warehouse within a large, multi-plant complex. The facility is not climate controlled, so temperatures will reflect seasonal weather conditions. The role involves being on your feet for most of the day and working around material handling equipment such as clamp trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and motorized pallet jacks. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the possibility of overtime. Expect a practical, safety-focused environment where appropriate workwear and closed-toe footwear are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
