55 West Ames Court, Plainview, NY, USA | Hourly | 20.05 per hour | Full Time

JOB DEFINITION:

Provides administrative support to program staff under the supervision of program management. Assists with tasks to ensure the program runs efficiently.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent. College, business or secretarial school training preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least one year of experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office Products

One year of experience with administrative tasks preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides administrative services to support the operations and objectives of the program

Assists with projects delegated by the Program Director and Management team

Collects and distributes information for reporting purposes

Maintains confidentiality requirements

Assist with outreach and follow up through phone calls and written correspondence

Updates program activities and schedules as needed

Organizes meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes and shares key communications with the broader program team

Participates in staff meetings, community meetings, and other staff and program group activities that support the operation of an effective program.

Position Specific Duties

Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals

Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed.
