Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Physical Therapist in Lewisburg, WV.

This is a contract, full-time position supporting home health services across Fayette and Nicholas counties. Apply with a current resume for consideration.

Pay: $55 to $59 per hour

Type: Three-Month Contract, possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours

Productivity Expectations: 30 points

Location: Lewisburg, WV 24901

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services in a home health setting

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Perform in-home patient visits across assigned coverage areas

Document care accurately and maintain compliance with agency standards

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required

Home health experience preferred

Strong documentation and time management skills required

Pay Details: $55.00 to $57.00 per hour
