Construction Yard Assistant - Westminster - Westminster, Colorado (Job Number: 983967)

We are seeking experienced Construction Yard Assistant to work in our Project located in Westminster , CO .

How you will contribute to the team:

Assist with daily yard operations, including organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

Track and maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.

Support loading and unloading of deliveries and jobsite returns.

Stage and prepare equipment and materials for jobsite pickups and deliveries.

Assist with coordinating equipment and material movement within the yard.

Complete basic inspections and report equipment damage or maintenance needs.

Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing equipment and materials.

Support scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and yard activities.

Assist with optimizing yard layout for efficiency and accessibility.

Operate forklifts or other yard equipment if trained and certified.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard at all times.

Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Perform other yard, shop, and logistics-related duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the role:

Construction, warehouse, or yard experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reachfork Operator Certification

Maintain clean, organized work areas

Valid driver's license required

Basic computer skills (inventory tracking, data entry)

1+ years of experience in construction, yard, or warehouse operations preferred.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with field and operations teams.

Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment is a plus.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather and site conditions.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

The salary range for this position is between $24 and $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package.
