What You'll Do
Assemble small components by following straightforward, well-documented instructions
Use basic hand tools and simple assembly equipment (fully trained on-site)
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards
Package completed products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Support your team in meeting daily production goals while working safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
A willingness to learn and follow clear instructions
Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination
A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Ability to stand or sit for the duration of your shift
High school diploma or equivalent
No prior manufacturing experience required-training is provided

Available Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Weekend Shift: 2:30 PM - 2:30 AM

This is a Permanent position based out of Siren, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
