Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support a short-term project focused on organizing and managing physical records. This role is fully clerical and hands-on, involving the review, sorting, and boxing of documents in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and sort large volumes of physical files and documents

Organize records according to established systems and guidelines

Label, categorize, and prepare files for storage or archiving

Box and move documents as needed for storage and transport

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Requirements

Qualifications

Prior experience in clerical, administrative, warehouse, or file management work preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow directions and work independently

Comfortable working with physical files for extended periods

Ability to lift boxes (typically up to 20-30 lbs) as needed

Work Environment

Fully onsite role

Hands-on, manual work (minimal computer use)

Fast-paced project-based environment
