We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in our downtown Pittsburgh Headquarters (hybrid)

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to our Regional Sales team. As part of our Regional Sales team, you'll collect, compile, and enter information, maintain our CRM database, partner, and support the Regional Sales Team, while working in a highly collaborative team environment.

The Expertise We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

3-year administrative experience

Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Representatives.

Responsible for calendar management, weekly itineraries, scheduling appointments.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce is a plus.

Make travel arrangements, prepare seminar/conference registrations for sales representatives.

Generate reports, presentations, or other documents as requested.

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and problem solve.
