Job Title: Sales ConsultantJob Description

Guide prospective clients through the custom home building process, presenting home designs, features, upgrades, and financing options. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution. Collaborate with internal departments and lending partners to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Maintain accurate and detailed records using our CRM system and other internal tools. Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters referrals and repeat business. Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Present home designs, features, upgrades, and financing options.

Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution.

Collaborate with internal departments and lending partners.

Ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences.

Maintain accurate and detailed records using CRM systems.

Deliver exceptional customer service for referrals and repeat business.

Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management to maximize sales opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Sales and sales support experience.

Knowledge of construction.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday by appointment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midlothian, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
