As a Security Officer Lobby Desk in Detroit, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional in a dynamic location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access activities, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control tasks, and front desk support activities.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.

Monitor visitor entry and departure, verify credentials as directed, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contact.

Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence for all individuals entering the location.

Complete required logs, incident reports, and/or other documentation related to daily front desk and security-related activity.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
