Summary This position is located within the Health Administration Service (HAS) in the Lebanon VA Medical Center and the incumbent will report to the Assistant Chief of the Health Administration Service (HAS). The incumbent will perform functions associated with monitoring and program analysis, which is an integral part of an effective compliance program. Functions include completing monthly and annual mandatory verifications and monitors, collaborating with other facility and VISN compliance personnel. Responsibilities This position initiates, populates, and reviews reports for the LVAMC Assistant Chief of Health Administration Service (HAS). Implements a variety of monitoring/reporting tools for each MC and Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) units within the service lines to include scheduling, auditing, VEText, VA Online Scheduling, action items, new HAS initiatives and processes, patient access, and reporting. The incumbent will be required to make clear, concise, and effective oral and written reports, and skilled at applying the principles, theories, techniques, and practices of professional analysis to problems encountered.
