About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive enterprise-level learning strategy and leadership development. This role will play a key part in shaping leadership capabilities within a global, matrixed manufacturing organization, with a strong focus on developing both current and emerging leaders.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy and execution-owning learning programs end-to-end while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to build scalable, high-impact development solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of an enterprise L&D strategy aligned with business goals
Design and deliver leadership development programs, with a focus on soft skills and executive-level capability building
Conduct organizational needs assessments and identify skill gaps across functions and regions
Partner with HR and business leaders in a matrixed environment to align priorities and drive adoption
Facilitate leadership training programs and workshops for senior and emerging leaders
Manage the procurement and vendor relationships for external learning solutions and programs
Oversee program logistics, delivery, and post-program evaluation to measure impact
Serve as business owner for the Learning Management System (LMS)
Build scalable learning frameworks, tools, and processes to support career development and internal mobility
Drive adoption of digital learning tools and ensure consistent learning standards across regions
Lead a team of 3 direct reports, including trainers supporting manufacturing operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple business units and leadership teams
Influence stakeholders at all levels in a complex, enterprise organization
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required
Experience building enterprise-level Learning & Development strategy
Strong background in leadership development and soft skills training
Experience facilitating leadership learning programs and managing external vendors
Manufacturing industry experience required
Ability to influence, adapt, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments

This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
