Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with inventory preparation, labeling, sorting, and movement of materials. This role uses RF scanners and basic computer applications to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that products are prepared and handled safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist warehouse employees with inventory preparation and general warehouse tasks.
Label boxes accurately and clearly according to established standards.
Use an RF scanner to track, scan, and update inventory information.
Sort boxes and materials to the correct locations within the warehouse.
Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
Support shipping and receiving activities, including staging, packing, and organizing outgoing and incoming materials.
Follow inventory control procedures to help maintain accurate stock levels.
Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks or forklifts if trained and authorized.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail to minimize errors in labeling, sorting, and inventory records.
Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, to complete simple data entry or inventory-related tasks.
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse policies during daily operations.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Basic warehouse skills, including experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, labeling, and packing.
Ability to use an RF scanner for inventory tracking and verification.
Strong attention to detail when labeling, sorting, and handling inventory.
Ability to work reliably during scheduled shift hours and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control environments.
Experience with forklift operation, if properly trained and certified according to local requirements.
Previous experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
Familiarity with packing procedures to prepare items for shipment.
Comfort working with motion control and system technology products such as linear guideways, motors, bearings, and related components is a plus but not required.

Work Environment
The role is based in a brand-new, spacious facility that supports the design, manufacturing, and distribution of motion control and system technology products, including linear guideways, linear motors, crossed roller bearings, AC servo motors and drives, ball screws, single-axis robots, linear actuators, and torque motors and rotary tables. The production and warehouse areas are well lit, very clean, heated in the winter, and air conditioned in the summer, providing a comfortable environment year-round. The layout of the production floor is spacious so employees have ample room to work without feeling crowded. This position is available on the first shift, with typical hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The facility uses standard warehouse tools and equipment such as RF scanners and may include the use of forklifts and other material-handling devices where appropriate training is provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
