Job Posting: Material Handler - Warehouse Associate

Location: Lebanon, TN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $19 per hour About the Position:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler - Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you'll help ensure smooth warehouse operations by maintaining inventory flow, stocking material, and preparing orders for shipment while upholding our core company values: safety leadership, customer satisfaction, business ethics, operational excellence, financial performance, teamwork, employee development, and community involvement.

Reports To: Branch Manager (or as assigned)

Key Responsibilities:

Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks; inspect items to meet quality standards

Stock and transfer items to appropriate shelves, bins, racks, or bundles following designated sequences

Mark inventory with accurate identifying information

Transfer materials to and from workshops as needed

Assemble and package customer orders according to requirements

Pull orders for delivery or stock transfer; load onto delivery vehicles with forklift, overhead crane, or other heavy equipment

Prepare shipping documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air shipments

Adhere to all safety policies, guidelines, and training requirements

Maintain warehouse cleanliness in line with OSHA and customer safety policies

Other duties and projects as assigned

Promote and maintain a safe work environment, reporting hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Must be able to provide documentation verifying legal work status

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English proficiently

Basic math, good reading skills, typing, and basic computer skills required

Ability to learn company, federal, and health/safety regulations

Previous warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse operations/business processes is a plus
