Position Summary

Compiles and keeps records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, and performs a variety of other administrative duties, utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures.

Responsibilities

Accurate data entry

Answer phones and direct to the appropriate party

Purchasing for the Distribution Center

Pay bills for the facility

Maintain required files for the leadership team

Month end accruals

Completing and submitting Purchasing and Travel card receipts and reports for the management team

Contractor verification in ISNetworld

Intelex Research and Entry

Create and maintain BTV for the DC

Coordinates employee relations activities with the Human Resources Manager

H.R. Orientation

Maintains badging system and creates badges for teammates. Maintains CTPAT compliance

Greet and check in visitors

Maintains training records for safety department

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
