Our client, hospitality industry is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the hotel operations supporting the maintenance and safety of the property. The ideal candidate will have reliability, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 8am - 5pm May 7 & May 8

What's the Job?

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas (plumbing, no electrical or HVAC)

Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner

Inspect hotel property for safety hazards and maintenance issues

Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities

Assist with room turns, furniture moving, and general labor tasks

What's Needed?

Previous experience in maintenance, general labor, or facilities work preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems

Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
