The position is hybrid: three days onsite; two days remote. The Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney will advise clients domestically and internationally on a wide range of matters, including structuring, negotiating and drafting a variety of general and specialized agreements necessary for the day-to-day operations of a cutting-edge global science and technology non-profit organization. Issues range from commercial legal advice to preservation of the non-profit status of the organization. The agreements include licensing, electronic publishing, IT, and consulting agreements, as well as related commercial agreements relevant to a dynamic business environment.
