Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and service industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Oxford, CT

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What's the Job?

Participate in overall operations by administering various sales programs

Receive customer phone calls for proper routing and greet visitors at the front entrance

Schedule hotel reservations and catering for onsite and offsite meetings

Enter credits from sales programs into the computer system and support administrative duties

Order office supplies, support mailing and shipping processes, and assist with other administrative tasks

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in Windows and MS 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

SAP experience preferred

1-3 years of related work experience

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
