Who are you?
You're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy helping businesses navigate banking solutions with confidence. At C&N, we're seeking a Business Banking Support Specialist to provide administrative and client support for our Treasury Management team.
In this role, you'll assist commercial clients with Treasury Management products and services, support onboarding and documentation processes, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the department. You will be responsible for:
Treasury Management Support: Assist commercial clients with Treasury Management products and services including digital banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, merchant services, and business credit card support.
Client Onboarding & Documentation: Prepare and review account documentation, gather supporting materials, complete CIP procedures, and ensure agreements and disclosures are accurate and complete.
Sales & Administrative Support: Support Treasury Management Relationship Managers by preparing proposals, account analysis materials, and customer paperwork while coordinating equipment delivery and setup.
Customer Training & Service: Provide instruction and support to new and existing business clients while serving as a responsive resource for product questions and troubleshooting.
Compliance & Operational Accuracy: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Product Knowledge & Technology Support: Stay informed on Treasury Management products, industry trends, and banking technology enhancements to effectively support clients and internal partners.
Requirements:
Education & Experience - You will need an Associate's degree in a related field AND 2-4 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills - You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

Communication & Active Listening - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products, processes, and solutions to clients and teammates.

Technology & Product Support - Comfort learning and supporting Treasury Management products and banking technology solutions.
Problem Solving & Accountability - Ability to identify issues, research solutions, and follow through to ensure a positive client experience and operational accuracy.
