Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Physical Therapist for our client in Point Pleasant, WV !

Type: 3 + months, with potential for extension

Pay: $57 to $59/hr

Location: Coverage areas: Mason and Jackson County in West Virginia

Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

· Create POC for patients in their homes.

· Provide treatment and evaluate the progress of the patient.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

· Home health experience with Oasis documentation

· PT active WV or compact license

Pay Details: $57.00 to $59.00 per hour
