Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. This Administrative Coordinator 3 position is located in the Warehouse. This position requires the ability to lift heavy boxes on a routine basis, the ability to climb up and down ladders to retrieve inventory items from Warehouse shelves, the ability to reach overhead to retrieve items, and the ability to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and golf carts to transport Warehouse supplies.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Reviews the online Peoplesoft generated Reorder Report to identify supplies needed for replenishment. Enters online Peoplesoft requisitions for supply orders at the direction of the Warehouse supervisor.

Responsible for manually unloading supplies from carriers such as: Fed-Ex, UPS, freight trucks, etc. Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and golf cart in the process of unloading supplies and staging them within the Warehouse or designated area.
Manages Stock Requests(SRs) from various Departments throughout the Hospital. Utilizing a printed copy of a Department's request for inventory items, stocks carts with the items from the designated storage areas within the Warehouse.
Incumbent will be required to assist the Purchasing and Accounts Payable Departments as issues arise.
Attends Educational In-Services, Mandatory Training and Annual Review as required by hospital policy and procedure or deemed necessary by supervisor.
Any and all other duties as assigned to include ensuring departmental coverage.

Work Hours: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm.
