Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift - Dispenser Build)

Work Model: Onsite, Oro Valley, AZ

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.89 per hour

The Opportunity

Join our manufacturing team as an Associate Manufacturing Technician focused on dispenser assembly. In this role, you'll contribute to the production of high-quality equipment and products while supporting key manufacturing processes. We offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail and continuous improvement are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned manufacturing processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring consistent performance

Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet strict standards

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant safety guidelines

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying opportunities for process improvements

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve production targets

Who You Are

0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred (Optional):

Experience in diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements
