Job Title: Assembler

Shift: First Shift

Pay: $17 hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on assembly experience in a fast-paced production environment. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble assemblies by following written work instructions and diagrams

Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy

Package, label, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards

Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments.

Familiarity with cable assembly or similar small-part assembly work is an advantage.

Exposure to or interest in learning Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Comfort using common hand tools and basic measuring or inspection tools.

Willingness to work different shifts and occasional overtime based on production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
