Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision machining, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Entry Level Machine Operator in Whitewater, WI to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing operations, you will support the production process, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Entry Level Machine Operator Whitewater, WI

Location: Whitewater, WI

Pay Rate: $17.30/hr.

Shift: Monday through Friday, Day Shift

What's the Job?

Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers

Learn to ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through hands-on training and regular inspections

Gain experience using a variety of inspection tools and techniques-including CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment-with full support and guidance from experienced team members

Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability and quality standards

Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation when necessary

What's Needed?

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the manufacturing field

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make basic decisions to uphold quality standards

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and efficiently

Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting with decimals

Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems
