As a strategic partner with the Collins Aerospace Supply Chain organization and focused on Government Subcontracts, the Manager, Supply Chain Contracts plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of supply chain contract matters. This position coordinates with business partners on supply chain contract matters, manages and assists in management of a complex portfolio of supplier contracts, regularly conducts contracts and terms and conditions negotiations and legal analysis, communicates with Collins Aerospace supply chain leadership, to develop, implement, and achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

What You Will Do:
Conducts contract negotiation, contract administration, and supply chain contract activities to ensure contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policies, government and commercial specifications and other requirements.
Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms and conditions.
Briefs team leader and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations.
Manages small to medium-sized projects.
Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness.
Represents the organization on legal issues concerning contract matters.
Provides legal advice on contractual matters and contract administration.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
