Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $17-18 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 5am - 130pm plus mandatory overtime as needed

2nd shift - 5pm - 130am plus mandatory overtime as needed

Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to a 2nd shift when needed

What's the Job?

Working as part of a team to load, unload, and inspect lightweight automotive parts

Resetting alarms and performing minor paperwork for counts

Operating various machinery including etching lines, heat rolls, bonding, and conducting inspections

Maintaining charts, graphs, and production reports to ensure quality and efficiency

Adapting to different areas of production and training in multiple processes as needed

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience

High School Diploma or GED

Basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively

Ability to operate various machines in a steady to fast-paced environment

Must be flexible with training on 1st shift and willing to move to 2nd shift if required

Must have great attendance and ability to be flexible with working hours
