Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 2 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator 2, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator 2

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Days (00:00-01:00)

What's the Job?

Follow established Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements.

Complete production documentation accurately, including weights, times, dates, and in-process entries.

Operate equipment such as conveyors and adjust speeds as needed.

Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues to ensure flawless operations.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and compete in a dynamic environment.

What's Needed?

A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Over 3 years of pertinent experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings, or some college and 1-2 years of applicable experience, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in an evolving environment.
