As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Site Location: Baltimore, MD

Set schedule:

3:00pm-11:00pm/11:00pm-7:00am Friday -Monday

Flexible and Able to work weekends and holidays

Competitive hourly wage of $19.500-21.00 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!

You have a security license or can obtain one.

You are 21 years of age or older.

You have a CPR/AED certification or can obtain one.

You have prior supervisor experience.

You have prior security experience.

You have reliable transportation.
